Bruce Courand Lane to be Listed among Industry Leaders
Bruce C. Lane is the author of the endearing and funny children's book, "The Friendly Little Martian"
FERNDALE, WA, July 14, 2011 /Publications PR News/ -- Bruce Lane, Author and Writer, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in publishing.
Mr. Lane decided to become a writer in an effort to choose his own destiny. Born in Talara, Peru, he was raised in Costa Rica and was inspired by his experiences in this area of the world. He is the author of the children's book, "The Friendly Little Martian," which is set in Costa Rica's beautiful Orosi Valley and tells the story of one Martian's search for friendship and acceptance. A bilingual author, Lane hopes to publish a version of this book in Spanish, as well as write its sequel. He has further plans to publish three different genres of writing; he is in the process of finishing his next book, "Bipolar Diaries."
Having graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2010, Lane holds an Associate of Science in psychology. When he is not occupied by publishing and marketing endeavors, he volunteers with local soup kitchens.
