Mr. Tiampo has photographed top selling cookbooks such as Sara Moulton's Everyday Dinners (Simon & Schuster), and Soaked, Slathered & Seasoned (John Wiley & Sons). He has also put his technology chops to use producing videos for Reynolds Wrap and the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute. In addition, Jamie teaches courses on food video production, food photography and styling, and on-demand publishing.
During his collegiate career, Jamie earned a Grand Diploma in Classic Culinary Arts from the French Culinary Institute, a Master's degree in Food Studies from New York University, and Restaurant Management Diploma from the Institute for Culinary Education. He serves as Chair of the International Association of Culinary Professionals' food photographers and stylists section. Jamie is also a member of the American Society of Media Photographers, National Restaurant Association, and the James Beard Foundation.
