New York City Personal Injury Attorney D. Carl Lustig, III, Named Top 100 Trial Lawyer
Attorney D. Carl Lustig, III was recently named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in New York State by the National Trial Lawyers, a national organization composed of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers from each state.
NEW YORK, NY, September 21, 2011 /Publications PR News/ -- D. Carl Lustig, III, a member of the Manhattan personal injury law firm of Arye, Lustig & Sassower, P.C., was recently named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in New York State by the National Trial Lawyers, a national organization composed of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers from each state. Mr. Lustig provides trial and appellate representation in civil litigation, concentrating on construction accident cases involving New York State Labor Law.
In addition to his many years of advocacy for injured clients and their families, Mr. Lustig has served the legal community in many ways. He is a member of the Tort Advisory Committee for the Supreme Court of New York County, has lectured for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, Yale University and the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute, and has co-chaired multiple continuing legal education lecture series in the area of personal injury law.
Mr. Lustig's New York personal injury practice includes motor vehicle accident, premises negligence, products liability and medical malpractice claims in addition to construction accident litigation. He has appeared frequently before New York appellate courts on behalf of plaintiffs injured by negligent parties.
His skills and experience as a NY personal injury trial lawyer are shown by his membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is also a member of The American Association for Justice and the New York County Lawyers Association, as well as a fellow in the Roscoe Pound Civil Justice Institute.
