Fitness expert and transformation coach Flavia Del Monte, along with her husband Vince Del Monte, adds fitness model to her list of accomplishments lands on the August 2011 cover of FitnessX.com Magazine.
GOSHEN, IN, September 23, 2011 /Publications PR News/ -- Flavia Del Monte, transformation coach and women's fitness expert, can now add fitness model to her list of accomplishments with the cover of the August 2011 cover of FitnessX.com Magazine.
Having always been an active and fit person, Flavia discovered that when it came to working out and nutrition, most women used the same routines designed by and for men. Using her background as a Registered Nurse she studied nutrition with Dr. Berardi and received a PN Certification.
Years of training and effort led to Flavia being chosen, along with her husband and fellow fitness expert Vince Del Monte, for the cover of FitnessX.com Magazine. With a short three weeks notice and preparation time, Flavia and Vince were able to step up their already impressive workout and nutrition regime to get in to top physical form for the photo shoot.
