ATLANTA, GA, May 31, 2009 /Publications PR News/ -- In the podcast, CTF Shareholders Tom McLain and John Watkins cover trade secret litigation from the pre-suit investigation through appeal. The podcast is the third in a series covering non-disclosure agreements (also called "NDAs") and trade secrets. The first podcast introduced the subject and the second discussed the use of NDAs to protect trade secrets and confidential information.
John Watkins stated, "For many businesses, large and small, protecting confidential information and trade secrets is becoming increasingly important. The widespread use of inexpensive mainstream storage devices, such as thumbdrives, can only increase the risk of a substantial misappropriation of data, and studies and anecdotal evidence indicate the risk is real.
