With professional experience that spans over 26 years, Mr. Vincent specializes in commercial law. In addition, he offers counsel in construction, family law, attorney grievance defense, and litigation. He also handles personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases. Mr. Vincent served as the chairperson of the Attorney Grievance Commission for three years serving with the State of Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission for a total of six years. He was recognized as Arbitrator of the Year by the Better Business Bureau in 1990 and considers his listening skills to be the driving force behind his success.
Mr. Vincent received his JD from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1982 and his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan in 1978. Mr. Vincent is currently licensed and admitted to practice in all Michigan Courts, Appeal Courts, and the Michigan Supreme Court. Additionally, he is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court - Western District of Michigan and Eastern District of Michigan and the Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Michigan Bar Association, and Grand Rapids Bar Association. Former Member, International Platform Association. Member: Kent County Traffic Squad, 1990-1993; Economics Club of Grand Rapids. President, Board of Directors, Lake Shore Association, 1998-1999. Facilitator, 17th Judicial Circuit Court, Certified Mediator: Kent County, Ottawa County. Member: Grand Rapids (Appointed Legislative Roundtable Committee and Community Relations Committee, 1998.
