As administrative assistant, she is tasked with managing front office operations, preparing paperwork, ordering supplies and conducting safety courses. She was recognized by Who's Who Among American High School Students in 1978, and attributes her success to her hard work. She volunteers regularly in the API Team Roping Event organized by the National Team Roping Association.
