Written by business leaders, for business leaders, the website is set to become the global meeting place for all those involved in the provision or buying of outsourcing.
Describe the legal environment in your country; for example, describe health and safety laws, packaging provisions or aspects of employment law. What regulations apply to the industries you advise. And if you are a chief officer, what aspects of law give you the most sleepless nights? Is it intellectual property enforcement or worries over the spread of software patents? Is it concern over unfair competition - or the enforcement of competition laws?
